채움(이하 "앱")은 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 다룹니다. 이 방침은 앱이 어떤 정보를 어떻게 처리하는지 설명합니다.
1. 앱이 직접 수집하는 정보
앱은 회원가입이 없으며, 이름·전화번호·이메일 같은 개인정보를 직접 수집하지 않습니다.
색칠 진행 상황, 완성 작품, 설정(언어·테마·사운드 등)은 이용자의 기기 안에만 저장되며 개발자에게 전송되지 않습니다.
2. 외부 서비스가 처리하는 정보
앱은 아래 서비스를 사용하며, 각 서비스는 자체 방침에 따라 정보를 처리합니다.
- Google AdMob (광고): 광고 식별자, 기기 정보, IP 주소, 광고 상호작용 정보. 맞춤 광고는 이용자의 동의가 있을 때만 제공되며, iOS에서는 앱 추적 투명성(ATT) 동의를 따릅니다.
- Google Firebase Analytics (이용 통계): 앱 인스턴스 ID, 기기·OS 정보, 앱 안의 이용 이벤트(예: 그림 열기·완성).
- Google Firebase Crashlytics (오류 보고): 앱 오류 발생 시의 기기 상태와 오류 기록.
- Google Firebase Remote Config·Cloud Storage (콘텐츠 제공): 새 그림과 설정을 내려받기 위한 기기 정보와 IP 주소.
- Apple App Store·Google Play (인앱결제): 결제는 스토어가 처리하며, 앱과 개발자는 결제 수단 정보를 받지 않습니다.
3. 이용 목적
- 그림 콘텐츠 제공과 앱 기능 유지
- 광고 표시와 광고 효과 측정
- 오류 분석과 서비스 개선
4. 보관 기간
기기에 저장된 정보는 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다. 외부 서비스가 처리하는 정보는 각 서비스의 보관 정책을 따릅니다 (Firebase Analytics는 최대 14개월).
5. 이용자의 선택
- 설정 > 개인정보 > 광고 동의 다시 설정에서 맞춤 광고 동의를 언제든 바꿀 수 있습니다.
- iOS 설정 > 개인정보 보호 및 보안 > 추적에서 추적 허용을 끌 수 있습니다.
- Android 설정 > 개인정보 보호 > 광고에서 광고 ID를 재설정하거나 삭제할 수 있습니다.
- 알림은 설정에서 언제든 끌 수 있습니다.
6. 아동의 개인정보
앱은 만 13세 미만 아동을 주요 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다.

Chaeum (the "App") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information the App handles and how.
1. Information the App collects directly
The App has no accounts and does not directly collect personal information such as your name, phone number or email address.
Your coloring progress, finished artworks and settings (language, theme, sound and so on) are stored only on your device and are never sent to the developer.
2. Information handled by third-party services
The App uses the services below. Each service handles information under its own policy.
- Google AdMob (ads): advertising ID, device information, IP address and ad interactions. Personalized ads are shown only with your consent, and on iOS the App follows your App Tracking Transparency choice.
- Google Firebase Analytics (usage statistics): app instance ID, device and OS information, and in-app events (for example, opening or finishing an artwork).
- Google Firebase Crashlytics (crash reports): device state and error logs when the App crashes.
- Google Firebase Remote Config and Cloud Storage (content delivery): device information and IP address needed to download new artworks and settings.
- Apple App Store and Google Play (in-app purchases): payments are processed by the store. The App and the developer never receive your payment details.
3. Why we use this information
- To deliver artworks and keep the App working
- To show ads and measure their performance
- To analyze errors and improve the App
4. Retention
Information stored on your device is deleted when you uninstall the App. Information handled by third-party services follows their retention policies (Firebase Analytics keeps data for up to 14 months).
5. Your choices
- Change your personalized ad consent at any time in Settings > Privacy > Ad privacy choices.
- On iOS, turn off tracking in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
- On Android, reset or delete your advertising ID in Settings > Privacy > Ads.
- Turn notifications off at any time in Settings.
6. Children
The App is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Chaeum (la "App") respeta tu privacidad. Esta política explica qué información trata la App y de qué manera.
1. Información que la App recopila directamente
La App no tiene cuentas de usuario y no recopila directamente datos personales como tu nombre, número de teléfono o correo electrónico.
Tu progreso de coloreado, tus obras terminadas y tus ajustes (idioma, tema, sonido, etc.) se guardan solo en tu dispositivo y nunca se envían al desarrollador.
2. Información tratada por servicios de terceros
La App utiliza los siguientes servicios. Cada uno trata la información según su propia política.
- Google AdMob (anuncios): identificador de publicidad, información del dispositivo, dirección IP e interacciones con anuncios. Los anuncios personalizados solo se muestran con tu consentimiento y, en iOS, la App respeta tu elección de Transparencia en el Seguimiento de Apps.
- Google Firebase Analytics (estadísticas de uso): ID de instancia de la app, información del dispositivo y del sistema operativo, y eventos dentro de la App (por ejemplo, abrir o terminar una obra).
- Google Firebase Crashlytics (informes de errores): estado del dispositivo y registros de errores cuando la App falla.
- Google Firebase Remote Config y Cloud Storage (entrega de contenido): información del dispositivo y dirección IP necesarias para descargar nuevas obras y ajustes.
- Apple App Store y Google Play (compras dentro de la app): los pagos los procesa la tienda. Ni la App ni el desarrollador reciben tus datos de pago.
3. Finalidad del uso
- Ofrecer las obras y mantener el funcionamiento de la App
- Mostrar anuncios y medir su rendimiento
- Analizar errores y mejorar la App
4. Conservación
La información guardada en tu dispositivo se elimina al desinstalar la App. La información tratada por servicios de terceros sigue sus propias políticas de conservación (Firebase Analytics conserva los datos hasta 14 meses).
5. Tus opciones
- Puedes cambiar tu consentimiento para anuncios personalizados en cualquier momento en Ajustes > Privacidad > Preferencias de privacidad de anuncios.
- En iOS, desactiva el seguimiento en Ajustes > Privacidad y seguridad > Rastreo.
- En Android, restablece o elimina tu ID de publicidad en Ajustes > Privacidad > Anuncios.

6. Menores
